Post-Event Report: GBV Sri Lankan Food Fair 2025

The Georgia Buddhist Vihara (GBV) sincerely thanks everyone who joined us for the GBV Sri Lankan Food Fair 2025. The event was a wonderful success, bringing together families, friends, and community members for a memorable day of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and meaningful fellowship.

This year’s Food Fair was organized as a fundraising effort in support of the Dharma Shaalawa and Buddha Mandhiraya Project, a vision to create a peaceful and welcoming space dedicated to Dhamma education, meditation programs, children’s Sunday school, cultural activities, and community outreach. Through the generosity of attendees and supporters, the event made an important contribution toward advancing this project and strengthening our spiritual community.

Guests enjoyed a variety of traditional Sri Lankan dishes prepared with care by dedicated community volunteers. The atmosphere reflected the true spirit of togetherness, with people sharing meals, connecting with one another, and supporting a cause rooted in compassion and service.
